Which Is Less Desirable?
Fluoridation opponents comstantly attempt to induce unwarranted fear about the barely detectable mild dental fluorosis which may be associated with optimally fluoridated water. With which of the below photos should we honestly be concerned?
“The type of decay in this young boy’s picture, and worse, was seen frequently when I was volunteering on a mobile care van, in areas without community water fluoridation. Children in fluoridated communities, at the same socioeconomic level, had significantly less decay, that was easily treated on the van.”
